Welcome to ZAQ URBAN. This website is operated by Magnus International. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Magnus International, operating under the brand ZAQ URBAN.

These Terms explain the conditions for using our website and purchasing from us. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software, or interfere with its operation.

To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, and sizing information accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device and display settings.

Please review the product description and size chart before ordering. Minor display differences do not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Product availability may change without notice.

3. Prices & Payments

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

All orders require a partial advance payment. The advance amount, remaining balance, and available payment options are displayed at checkout.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not automatically change the price of an accepted order.

Never share your UPI PIN, payment password, or OTP with anyone claiming to represent ZAQ URBAN. These details are not required to receive a refund.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when ordering.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance is subject to payment verification and product availability.

If we cannot fulfil your order because of unavailable stock, a material listing error, or another legitimate reason, we will contact you. We will not substitute products or increase the agreed price without your consent.

If we cancel an order that we cannot fulfil, we will refund the amount you paid.

5. Size or Design Changes

You may request a size or design change by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 70093 55155 within 24 hours of placing your order.

There is no additional fee for making the change. Changes are subject to availability. A price difference applies if you select a higher-priced product.

Requests received after 24 hours may not be possible to accommodate.

6. Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

Cancellation requests are handled according to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and applicable law. Any cancellation deduction must be disclosed before purchase and legally permitted. Advance payments will not be automatically forfeited where a refund is legally required.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates will be provided where available. Actual delivery times may be affected by your location, courier operations, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a complete delivery address and an accessible phone number. If incorrect information supplied by you causes a failed delivery, any proposed redelivery charges will be communicated before redelivery is arranged.

Contact us if your order is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but has not been received. Nothing in these Terms removes your rights concerning non-delivery or unreasonable delays.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report an issue or request a return or exchange. This reporting window does not limit statutory rights, including claims involving defects that could not reasonably be identified within that time.

If you selected the wrong size and received the size ordered, you are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs for a size exchange.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, we cover return shipping costs and replacement delivery where applicable.

Please record an unboxing video to help us assess any issue. A genuine claim will not be rejected solely because an unboxing video is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 24 hours after we receive and verify the returned product and approve the refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Offers and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with each promotion, including eligibility, validity, and exclusions.

Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Changes to a promotion do not remove benefits already validly applied to an accepted order.

10. Intellectual Property

Content on this website, including branding, text, photographs, graphics, and designs, is owned by or licensed to its respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use protected content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Reviews & Customer Submissions

If you submit a review or other content for publication, it must reflect your genuine experience and must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringe another person’s rights.

By submitting content for publication, you permit us to display it for that purpose. Private support messages and evidence submitted for a return are not automatically authorised for promotional use.

12. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, and other service providers.

External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

14. Liability & Consumer Rights

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your misuse of the website or products, or for events outside our reasonable control. This does not remove any remedy you are entitled to under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will appear on this page with an updated date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively remove rights relating to orders already accepted.
